With 21 years experience in the development and architecture business, dra has a broad knowledge of the complexities of the development industry and its need for design solutions that inspire sales as well as touch the hearts of the residents who will live in them.
NEW URBANISM
Dominick Ranieri was a student of Andres Duany and Elizabeth Platter Zyberk during the formative years of the new urban movement. Today Dra is working on TND projects in excess of one billion dollars in development value. We look to create memorable places that provide residents and businesses a cohesive and vital environment to coexist and prosper.
Commercial
Dra approaches each commercial project with the desire to build a pedestrian friendly place that draws people in were they can shop, dine, and work or just relax with friends and family at the local ice cream shop, sidewalk café, or to sit in the village green and observe the lively neighborhood center. We have all seen and experienced the success of these communities and places both new and old. We see examples of great livable communities throughout the world and US however over the past 60 years our culture has slipped away from the values of community. At dra we look to re-establish the connection of the people to their places. We strive to give them recognizable and memorable commercial neighborhood centers that evoke the quality design principles of the past integrated with the needs of the 21st century. |
